So I know it’s extremely hard to find the time everyday to get some exercise. This has been my issue for years, until recently when I changed my routine. This has honestly made such a huge difference in how I feel everyday- I’m just a lot happier and more energized!!
What I do:
Every morning before school I get up at 6:15 (it’s not that bad once you get used to it) and do a ten minute Pilates work out. I use the Sworkit app. It’s literally the BEST THING I HAVE EVER TRIED EVER. It’s FREE and runs on time, not reps.
So guys, seriously you need this app. I am in no way getting paid or anything like that for saying that, I just really think it’s a game changer for busy people like me 🙂
